Reisai
The 'regular festival' (usually a special annual matsuri) of a shrine. It refers to a matsuri and a day specially connected with or particular to a shrine, as opposed to nationally scheduled or minor festivals. It may correspond to the spring or harvest matsuri or perhaps commemorate a special event connected with the kami or the shrine, such as its founding.
